Get creative with these! At your 45th year, rather than sapphire earrings, what about a bottle of Bombay Sapphire Gin? Okay, so maybe the earrings would be nice, but gin martinis are, too! For our one-year “paper” gift, I got my husband a Sunday subscription to the New York Times. Today is our third Sunday. I think I’m enjoying the gift a little bit more then he is. Oh well- I can try harder for cotton next year!
